Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and maintain network security protocols and policies.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with IT teams to design and implement network upgrades and enhancements.
• Document network configurations, changes, and any incidents for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Perform routine network backups and disaster recovery planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network administration or related role.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security protocols.
• Proficient in using network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methods.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.

Technologies & Tools
