Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within established nursing standards. The role emphasizes delivering patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and medication use, and promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations. The role is safety-sensitive, requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational requirements include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure as an RN is mandatory.
Experience is preferred but not required; two years of experience is desirable for advanced roles.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medication, and disease management.
Participate in ensuring safety, quality, and compliance activities.
