Night Receiving Supervisor

Role Overview: Supervises daily warehouse activities in areas like shipping, receiving, selection, and loading. Ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service while managing associate work schedules, training, and performance. Maintains compliance with safety and government regulations, oversees equipment maintenance, and promotes a safe work environment. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and manages KPIs related to warehouse performance. Leads pre-shift meetings and communicates key information to staff. Responsible for staffing, training, and developing department goals, with possible involvement in labor agreement administration.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED required; 3+ years warehouse distribution experience and 1+ year supervisory or lead experience preferred. Must possess strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable of Warehouse Management Systems. Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks in moderate to high noise environments, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
