Night Support Worker

We are looking for a Night Support Worker who is responsible for providing overnight care, supervision, and assistance to individuals who require support during nighttime hours. The role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of service users while maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment throughout the night.

The successful candidate should be compassionate, reliable, patient, observant, and capable of working independently while following established care procedures and organizational policies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Overnight Monitoring: Monitor service users throughout the night to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.

2. Personal Care Assistance: Assist individuals with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, and other essential care needs when required.

3. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe environment by checking rooms, entrances, and common areas and reporting any hazards or security concerns.
