About the Position

TransForce is seeking Non-CDL 26' Straight Truck Drivers for an opportunity supporting dedicated automotive parts deliveries in Burlington, KY, and surrounding areas. This position offers consistent weekday routes, daily home time, weekly pay, and paid hands-on training.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $25 per hour ($178–$212 per day)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Home Time: Home daily
Pay Frequency: Weekly (paper checks Monday, direct deposit Tuesday)
Training: Paid hands-on training provided

Job Details
- Operate a 26' straight truck delivering automotive parts to established dealerships.
- Load and unload freight using pallet jacks and material-handling equipment.
- Follow assigned routes and complete required vehicle inspections and delivery documentation.
- Use GPS, dispatch, and integrated scanning technology.
- Communicate with on-site dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or delivery concerns.
  
  Minimum Requirements
  - Must be at least 26 years old.
  - Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
  - Minimum 18 months of truck-driving experience; straight-truck experience preferred.
  - Delivery or route-driving experience preferred.
  - Clean driving record with no DUI or reckless-driving violations.
  - Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs.
  - Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one before hire.
