Role Description The Nurse at BachanIVF plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care within an assisted reproductive setting. This full-time, on-site position is based in Delhi, OH and involves coordinating patient appointments, preparing individuals for procedures, and assisting physicians during fertility treatments such as IVF and ICSI. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting patients with pre- and post-procedure instructions. The Nurse also provides education on treatment plans, responds to patient concerns, and collaborates closely with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all patients.
Qualifications

• Valid nursing license (RN or equivalent) and completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Clinical experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong patient care skills, including assessment, medication administration, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, confidential medical documentation.
• Comfort working in a procedure-oriented environment and following strict clinical and safety protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and remain calm in fast-paced clinical settings.
• Willingness to work onsite full time in Delhi, OH, with flexibility for clinic hours as needed.
• Basic computer literacy for electronic health records and scheduling systems.
