We are looking for a compassionate, skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative care team in Dayton. If you thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment where your clinical expertise truly matters, we would love to meet you.

What You Will Do

As a vital member of our clinical team under the guidance of the Nursing Supervisor, you will help empower patients on their healing journeys by:

• Driving Quality Care: Implementing treatment plans, managing pharmacological services, and acting as a key medical liaison providing multi-level psychiatric and medical care.
• Partnering with Providers: Collaborating closely with medical and psychiatric consultants to coordinate individual client clinical care.
• Streamlining Clinical Excellence: Completing timely nursing assessments, monitoring labs and PCP communications, and maintaining our high standards of agency compliance.
• Supporting a Safe Environment: Coordinating infection control protocols and ensuring seamless navigation of our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Licensure: Active Ohio Nursing License (LPN or RN).
• Experience: 3+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally with a background or strong interest in mental health, substance use treatment (AOD), or acute care settings.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and collaborative abilities, with a passion for treating patients and their families with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills to interpret clinical information accurately.
