Job Description

Management Analyst I supports client operations across public and private sector accounts by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting operational data to improve efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
Prepare reports and create dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to support operational needs
Assist with project coordination and cross-functional activities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and records
