WHO IS 7 BREW...
7 Brew is a rapidly expanding drive through beverage experience with over 900 locations across 38 states in the US. We are one of the fastest-growing QSR brands in the world, with plans to open more domestic locations in 2026.
We're passionate about crafting delicious and unique beverages while providing a fast and friendly customer experience. We believe in creating a vibrant and energetic work environment where our team members can thrive and grow.
Our mission is to cultivate kindness one tasty drink at a time.
WHAT’S BREWING IN THIS ROLE...
The Operations Feasibility Manager runs the testing process that decides whether new menu items, LTOs, equipment, technology, and processes are ready for our stands. This leader plans and executes tests, measures results against clear KPIs, gathers feedback from stand teams and guests, and turns what they learn into launch recommendations.
Reporting to the Director of Operations Services, this role is the link between a new idea and a network-wide launch. The Manager spends up to 50% of their time in stands during active tests, working alongside stand teams, field leaders, and franchise partners to see firsthand what works and what needs to change.
THE FLAVOR YOU ADD...
Assess Operational Feasibility
- Evaluate new menu items, LTOs, equipment, technology, and processes before they reach pilot.
- Review build time, labor, equipment needs, stand layout, supply, and training requirements to judge whether an idea can work in a stand.
- Flag risks early and recommend changes that make an initiative easier to execute.
- Partner with Innovation, Marketing, and Supply Chain so feasibility is considered from the start, not after a concept is final.
Plan and Execute Tests
- Manage the test calendar and timeline for each initiative, from pilot through network-wide launch.
- Use standard test templates covering scope, test stands, timeline, success criteria, and readouts so every pilot runs the same way.
- Select test stands that represent the network, including company and franchise-operated locations.
- Prepare test stands with the procedures, job aids, equipment, and training they need before a test begins.
- Travel to test stands to launch tests, observe execution, and resolve issues in real time.
Define and Track KPIs
- Set the KPIs for each test, such as speed of service, drink quality, guest feedback, labor impact, waste, and profitability.
- Establish baselines and go/no-go thresholds before a test starts.
- Track test performance against KPIs and spot trends, outliers, and execution gaps.
- Maintain test scorecards and dashboards that give leaders a clear view of results.
Gather and Use Feedback
- Collect structured feedback from stand team members, stand leaders, field leaders, franchise partners, and guests.
- Run stand visits, surveys, and debriefs during and after each test.
- Turn feedback into specific improvements to recipes, procedures, equipment, and training.
- Close the loop with stand teams so they see how their input shaped the final launch.
Deliver Results and Recommendations
- Combine KPI results and feedback into clear readouts with a launch, adjust, or stop recommendation.
- Present findings to the Director of Operations Services and senior leadership to guide launch decisions.
- Hand off approved initiatives to Training and Operations with documented procedures and lessons learned.
- Keep a record of past tests so future initiatives build on what the team has already learned.
Partner Across the Business
- Work with Marketing, Innovation, Supply Chain, Training, Technology, and franchise partners throughout each test.
- Coordinate test timelines with launch calendars and stand operating priorities.
- Communicate test plans, changes, and results clearly to every stakeholder.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every test runs on a consistent template with clear KPIs and go/no-go thresholds set before launch.
- Leaders receive timely, data-backed readouts that make launch decisions clear.
- Feasibility issues are caught before pilot, not after network-wide launch.
- Stand teams and franchise partners feel heard and see their feedback reflected in final launches.
- Approved initiatives reach the network with fewer execution issues and less rework.
- Tests stay on schedule and support the company’s launch calendar.
MUST-HAVE INGREDIENTS...
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in testing, operations services, product development, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience planning and running product, menu, equipment, or process tests in a multi-unit environment.
- Strong analytical skills, including setting KPIs, building scorecards, and turning data into clear recommendations.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience gathering feedback from frontline teams and guests and turning it into practical improvements.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run several tests at once against tight timelines.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting results to senior leaders.
- Ability to build trust with stand teams, field leaders, franchise partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, as needed to support tests.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
