Safesite is looking for a professional Operations Manager to oversee our Houston warehouse and delivery operations.

This is an on-site role in a warehouse setting. The primary focus is implementing and improving our processes and procedures, leading the local team, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations to ensure they are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively
• Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Manage inventory, materials, and warehouse organization
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and delivery staff
• Monitor performance and identify ways to improve efficiency and customer service
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational costs
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client service standards
• Review and approve time punches to support accurate payroll
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs unassisted
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and basic business/financial principles
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
