Oracle ERP Manager - Application

Role Description The Oracle ERP Manager – Application will oversee the management, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Applications with a focus on HR and related business processes. This is a contract, on-site role based in Menlo Park, CA, responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, map them to Oracle ERP capabilities, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and data integrity. Day-to-day activities include managing application administration, coordinating integrations between Oracle and other enterprise systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards. The role will involve working closely with consulting teams, IT, and business users to support upgrades, enhancements, testing, and documentation. The Oracle ERP Manager will also provide guidance on process improvement, user training, and continuous optimization of the Oracle ERP environment.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle Applications experience

• 5+ years managing Oracle Application Support teams

• Oracle Procurement Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)

• Purchasing, iProcurement, Supplier Management & Sourcing

• Inventory & Order Management

• L2/L3 Production Support

• Incident & Problem Management / RCA

• ITIL, Change & Release Management

• SOX Compliance & Audit Controls

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) preferred

• Oracle BPM / Approval Workflows preferred

• Strong leadership & stakeholder management

The ideal candidate will have experience managing global application support environments, leading P0/P1 incidents, driving releases, and supporting large-scale Procurement & Supply Chain transformation initiatives.
