We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Benefits Functional Consultants for a long-term K-12 project in the USA. We are hiring for two different openings – Benefits Implementation Consultant & Benefits Application Support Consultant.

📍 Location: USA – Remote

📝 Employment Type: Contract (1099 / C2C)

🛂 Work Authorization: US Citizens / Green Card Holders / H1B

Opening 1: Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant – Implementation

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Benefits implementations
• Mandatory K-12 project experience
• Experience with Benefits configuration, requirements gathering, solution design, testing & deployment
• Strong experience preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for integrations and reports
• Experience working with technical teams and third-party integration vendors
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Opening 2: Oracle Fusion Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant – Application Support

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Benefits module
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud Benefits applications in production environments
• Hands-on experience with incident resolution, enhancements, troubleshooting, and functional analysis
• Experience with Benefits business processes, configurations, testing, and user support
• Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and vendors
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• K-12 / Public Sector experience preferred
