What You’ll Do

• Build supportive, trusting relationships with clients through individual therapy.
• Provide thoughtful assessments and create care plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and strengths.
• Use a variety of therapeutic approaches—like CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy—to help clients move toward healing and growth.
• Work alongside a collaborative, dedicated team that values your input and expertise.
• Keep clear, confidential records using easy-to-navigate platforms, such as Therap, and Acentra Health.

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Mental Health Counseling (accredited by either the Council on Social Work Education OR the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs-CACREP).
• Maine state licensure as an LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, or LCPC-C.
• Certification by the American Board of Examiners in Clinical Social Work or The Board of Counseling Professionals.
• 2+ years of clinical experience are preferred, but we welcome compassionate clinicians who are eager to grow.
• A genuine passion for supporting clients through life’s challenges with empathy, creativity, and evidence-based practices.

Position Details

• Hours: Flexible, based on client needs
• Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, 401k, Mileage Reimbursement, Paid Training.
• Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, with full-time benefits for those consistently working 30+ hours per week.
