We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead full-funnel digital marketing for a growing jewelry and e-commerce retail brand. This senior, hands-on role combines paid advertising with email and SMS marketing, giving you equal ownership of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will manage substantial advertising budgets across Meta Ads and Google Ads while building lifecycle marketing strategies that drive repeat purchases and long-term customer value. Using advanced attribution tools and performance analytics, you will connect marketing investments to measurable revenue across online and physical retail channels. You will collaborate with creative, marketing, and leadership stakeholders to develop campaigns, test new approaches, and optimize customer journeys.
