Retail Sales Customer Service Specialist
Provide customer support in a paint and coatings retail setting focused on manufacturing clients. Greet and assist walk-in and professional customers, identify needs, recommend appropriate products and color solutions, and mix paint. Process transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate service and sales support.

- Assist customers with product selection and color solutions
- Mix paint accurately and prepare orders
- Process sales using POS and maintain transaction accuracy
- Maintain store appearance, keep shelves stocked, and support displays
- Manage inventory needs and help maintain stock levels
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in training
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to recommend products and solve customer needs
- Comfort with POS systems and retail sales processes
- Attention to detail for paint mixing and inventory accuracy
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain store standards
