We’re currently seeking a full-time, in-person Para Educator to support a school in Dakota County, MN for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 11, 2027
• Location: Dakota County, MN
• On-site, 31.25 hours per week
• School Year: 2026-2027

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting individuals with autism in a school setting, ABA environment, or autism-focused program is strongly preferred.
• Willingness and ability to provide personal care support (including feeding and toileting) as needed.
• Ability to work under the supervision of a certified teacher or licensed professional and follow established student support plans.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with educators and support staff.
• Ability to consistently work on-site and reliably follow the required daily schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-classroom support to students in an autism center-based program, under the direction of the assigned educator(s).
• Assist with instructional activities and help students access learning tasks in individual and small-group settings.
• Support implementation of behavior supports by reinforcing expectations and using approved de-escalation strategies.
• Provide student assistance with daily living needs as assigned, including feeding and toileting support when needed.
• Observe and share student progress, needs, and concerns with the supervising team to help maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
