Paralegal

Based in Lancaster, PA, we are a well-established multidisciplinary law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Lancaster office is expanding and seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join a growing team handling sophisticated workers' compensation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned paralegal who values teamwork work-life balance and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare discovery demands and responses with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with medical providers to request and obtain medical records
• Work with experts to schedule independent medical examinations (IMEs)
• Support inspections and other expert discovery while working with attorneys on case preparation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of workers' compensation paralegal experience
• High school diploma or GED required (college degree preferred)
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 ProLaw Excel and electronic document management software preferred
