Job Description
We are seeking Substitute Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Jefferson, WI area.
Key responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, following established routes and schedules, assisting passengers with mobility needs, maintaining accurate logs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and skills required are a compassionate and safety-focused mindset, along with comfort working in a team environment dedicated to person-centered support and dignity.
