Job Description
Role Overview: Serve as a Cashier and/or Stocker, providing leadership in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. Assist with plan-o-gram setup, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation.

- Unload trucks, receive, open, and unpack shipments following store procedures.
- Stock, rotate, face merchandise, and build displays to ensure attractive presentation.
- Assist with merchandise orders, plan-o-gram implementation, and recovery of returned items.
- Support customer service by locating merchandise and providing assistance.
- Operate cash register, handle transactions, and assist with checkout procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and stockroom, and managing waste.
- Greet customers, maintain register areas, and set up sidewalk displays to enhance shopping experience.
- Help ensure a safe, organized, and secure environment for staff and customers.
- In the absence of management, authorize refunds, oversee cash handling, count registers, and prepare bank deposits.
- Monitor cash levels, assist with security practices, and complete required documentation accurately.
- Strong customer service orientation with leadership capabilities.
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Experience with inventory management, stocking, and store organization.
- Knowledge of safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
- Ability to work independently and follow company policies and procedures.
