Part Time Parts Specialist

We are a growing fast paced high volume dealership. We are looking to add a part-time parts counter person to work either 4:00am to 7:00am or 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

We are expanding our used car and internal service hours. This is a Part-time position.

Schlossmann Honda City is seeking a dedicated Part Time Parts Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our parts department operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting our service and sales teams with accurate parts identification, ordering, and inventory management. Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians in identifying and locating the correct vehicle parts.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using dealership management software.
• Maintain organized inventory and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of essential parts.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to track and expedite parts deliveries.
• Handle parts returns and warranty claims as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
• Assist in keeping the parts department clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive parts sales or inventory management preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with team members and customers.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with inventory or dealership management systems.
