Job Description

Salary: $13 per hour

Shift Type: Part-time: Every other weekend 12 hour shifts(8am-8pm). Day, Evening, & Weekend shifts. Hours vary per availability & facility need.

The receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, residents and others. Answering phones and taking messages in a professional manner.

Job Duties:

Must be able to Multi-task.
Provides assistance, guidance, and direction to visitors and vendors. Ascertains the nature of visitors' business, responding accordingly.
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards.
Maintains log of items received; delivers or arranges for the delivery of items to residents and appropriate personnel.
Maintains directory and files on active and discharged residents, their location, resident status, and other pertinent information according to established procedure.
Directs inquiries regarding resident condition to appropriate personnel.
Assists in care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.

Job Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Recommended Experience: 1 Year as a Receptionist
Experience in Healthcare Environment Preferred
