We’re hiring: part-time Quantitative Researcher (remote, contract)

Win Private Equity Ltd is an early-stage proprietary trading firm building systematic strategies in crypto and US equities. We’re looking for an experienced quant for 4–8 hours a week to set research direction and judge what’s ready to trade.

An AI research assistant handles the coding, data and backtesting. You bring the judgment:

• Propose 2–3 strategy ideas a month
• Review test plans and results: kill, watch, or paper-trade
• Recommend when a strategy is ready for a small live trial, with size and risk limits
• One call a week with the founder

You have: 3+ years in quant research or systematic trading, at least one strategy taken from backtest to real money, working knowledge of crypto perpetual futures, and the ability to explain a verdict in plain language. You can read Python.

Terms: independent contractor, 1–3 months to start, with a review after 2 weeks. Fixed monthly fee, agreed with you. No capital management involved.
