Location: Wade Tractor & Equipment / Adrenalin Powersports 1218 Enterprise Way Griffin, Ga.

Job Type: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | Some Saturday Availability Required

Pay Range: $44,000 – $65,000 annually including Hourly, Overtime, Bonuses, & Commissions 

Position Overview:

Wade Tractor & Equipment and Adrenalin Powersports is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will assist retail and wholesale customers with purchasing parts and accessories — in person, by phone, and online.

You’ll work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure inventory is accurate, the stockroom is organized, and our showroom remains clean and well-presented. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and via online inquiries
• Identify correct parts and accessories based on customer needs and equipment specifications
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges using computer-based systems
• Maintain organized stockroom and showroom displays
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory control
• Coordinate with service and sales departments on parts availability
• Support the Parts Manager with ordering and supplier communication
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships
• Perform basic data entry and keep accurate sales and inventory records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts sales, equipment, or powersports industry required
• Mechanical or equipment knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• 8-hour shifts
• Alternating Saturdays March through December
