Registered Nurse – Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)

Provide high-quality, patient-centered perioperative nursing care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.

Key Responsibilities

Perform patient assessments and pre-procedure evaluations.
Administer medications and support ordered perioperative therapies.
Monitor patients during procedures and in recovery, recognizing and responding to changes in condition.
Educate patients and families on care instructions and recovery expectations.
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Maintain a safe, supportive environment with a focus on empathy, diversity, and patient safety.
Participate in community health efforts and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

Current Registered Nurse licensure.
Strong perioperative clinical judgment, assessment, and monitoring skills.
Medication administration proficiency and attention to safety standards.
Effective communication and patient education skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and support continuous learning.
