Part-Time Personal Assistant — One day per Week

We’re working with an ambitious technology company that is building innovative products and preparing for significant growth. The business brings together an experienced team from leading global technology companies and is entering an exciting phase of expansion.

We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to work one day per week, closely supporting the founder with their personal life and providing occasional professional support when needed. The role is based in San Francisco and requires in-person support across the founder’s home, office and other local locations.

Responsibilities May Include, Within The Agreed Working Hours

• Coordinating personal appointments and managing schedules.
• Running errands and handling practical personal tasks.
• Managing household administration.
• Liaising with vendors and coordinating household services.
• Supporting family logistics.
• Assisting with personal travel arrangements.
• Scheduling business meetings, coordinating events and providing general administration when needed.
  
  

There may be scope to increase the hours or transition to full-time in the future if the founder’s needs and priorities change. However, this is not guaranteed, and applicants should be comfortable with the current one-day-per-week arrangement.

We’re looking for someone exceptionally organised, proactive and discreet who genuinely enjoys being hands-on and takes ownership of practical tasks. You’ll need excellent judgement, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively, use the available time efficiently and follow through on commitments. You should be equally comfortable handling personal errands and supporting a busy founder in a fast-moving business environment.
