Job Overview

The Physical Therapist – Outpatient Home Based at Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) will provide exceptional rehabilitative care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting recovery and enhancing their quality of life. Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Connecticut.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient or home health setting preferred.
• Strong assessment, planning, and implementation skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a home-based environment.
• Current CPR certification.
