Job Description

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement and support individualized treatment plans, assist with clinical interventions, and help monitor patient progress toward functional goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on patient care as directed
Assist in implementing treatment plans
Track and communicate patient progress and outcomes
Educate patients and families to support recovery and independence
Collaborate with a patient-first, multidisciplinary team

Qualifications & Skills

Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Licensure/certification as required to practice
Strong clinical skills and evidence-based approach
Excellent communication and compassionate patient education
Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive care environment
