Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient Rehabilitation)
Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Support evidence-based treatment plans to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and regain independence. Educate patients on prescribed exercises, proper technique, and safety. Document patient progress and assist with treatment implementation while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with delivering physical therapy interventions as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety precautions
- Document outcomes and progress according to clinical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support goals
- Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and effective communication
- Credentialed/licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (as required)
- Strong patient care, empathy, and communication skills
- Ability to follow clinical direction and support evidence-based care
- Competence with documentation and basic clinical recordkeeping
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous learning
