Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, one-on-one outpatient rehabilitation care.
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Document patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Compassionate with strong patient-centered care skills.
- Knowledge of orthopedic, neurologic, and sports-related rehabilitation.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Proficiency in documenting clinical progress and using EMR systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for team-based care.
