We are seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team.
Responsibilities Include

- Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, and work-related conditions using evidence-based interventions.
- Developing individualized care plans.
- Delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
- Documenting patient progress in EMR systems.
- Educating patients on self-management strategies.
- Strong clinical knowledge in diverse treatment areas.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to clinical excellence and professional development.
