Overview

At Home by Enhance Therapies is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to enhance patient recovery and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and home care instructions.
• Document patient findings, progress, and outcomes accurately in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive care.
• Stay current with industry best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and rehabilitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and education.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a capacity to manage multiple cases.
• Previous experience in home health or outpatient settings is preferred.

Technologies & Tools

The Part-Time Physical Therapist will utilize various technologies and tools including electronic health records (EHR) systems for patient documentation, telehealth platforms for remote consultations, and rehabilitation equipment tailored for home-based therapy.
