• Attend team meetings and contribute to case discussions and care strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in home health or outpatient therapy.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) software and other clinical tools.
• CPR certification and adherence to required continuing education and training.
