Overview

HealthPRO Heritage is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical capabilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' mobility and quality of life. Job Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patient needs and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and performance evaluations.
• Implement physical therapy interventions that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the therapy process, making adjustments as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and participate in continuous professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and best practices.
• Excellent patient assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
