Overview

SimplyApply is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health Care team on a full-time basis. Job Responsibilities

• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a home health or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
