Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home health settings.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification; additional certifications are a plus.
