Job Description

Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient)

Provide evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient setting under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Implement established treatment plans, assist with delivering interventions, and support clinical documentation and patient progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in applying and adjusting treatment plans as directed
Track and report patient progress and response to care
Educate patients and families to improve understanding and outcomes
Support a patient-first, collaborative clinic environment
Contribute to goals focused on restoring function, mobility, and independence

Qualifications & Skills

Physical Therapist Assistant license/certification as required
Strong clinical support skills and patient communication
Ability to follow direction from a Physical Therapist and maintain accurate records
Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
