Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant to support Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

- Assist with implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Support therapeutic exercises and mobility-focused interventions.
- Monitor patient response and progress, reporting changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Accurately document patient outcomes and clinical information.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient function and quality of life.
- Credentialed as a Physical Therapist Assistant per applicable requirements.
- Strong understanding of therapeutic exercise techniques and patient mobility needs.
- Ability to track, observe, and communicate patient progress effectively.
- Detail-oriented with accurate clinical documentation skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
