Platform Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on Platform Engineer with strong Java Full Stack development, Solution Architecture, and AI Engineering experience to join our CPS PEArch team.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient platform solutions, combining hands-on software engineering with architecture leadership. The role involves building Java/Spring Boot microservices, modern UI applications using React/Angular, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture, system design, and defining reusable architecture patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Practical knowledge of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with distributed systems, Kafka/MQ, API gateways, and database integrations.
• Strong understanding of application security, scalability, high availability, resilience, and observability.
• Ownership of end-to-end SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, architecture, SRE, and cybersecurity teams.

Preferred: Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management, along with exposure to MCP, vector databases, and AI agent orchestration.
