Platform Operations Director

Role Description The Platform Operations Director at Conexión- Grupo Ultra Laboratorios is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the performance, stability, and scalability of the company’s platforms. This role leads daily operations, including monitoring platform KPIs, resolving incidents, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring service levels are met. The Platform Operations Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position also drives operational planning, prioritizes platform enhancements, and ensures that customer and stakeholder needs are addressed efficiently and consistently. The role includes managing an operations team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and service excellence.

• Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, service level management, and platform performance oversight.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making, KPI analysis, and root-cause problem solving.

• Candidates should possess practical Budgeting skills, including cost control, resource planning, and financial reporting related to platform operations.

• Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
• Candidates should possess experience in platform or technology operations within a regulated or laboratory-related environment, or a similar complex setting.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in operations or project management are beneficial.
