Wilderness Pools | Full-Time Position

Wilderness Pools is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team full-time! This position combines residential pool cleaning and maintenance with hands-on pool construction work. We’re looking for someone with pool cleaning experience who takes pride in doing quality work, has a strong work ethic, and works well with customers and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Pool Maintenance (2 days per week): Clean residential pools, balance pool chemicals, inspect equipment, identify maintenance issues, and perform routine pool service.
• Pool Construction (3 days per week): Assist with pool construction projects, perform general labor, handle materials and tools, and help maintain a safe, organized job site.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Maintain a reliable schedule and arrive on time, ready to work.

Requirements

• Previous pool cleaning and maintenance experience is required.
• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Willing and able to perform physical outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working with pool chemicals, tools, and construction materials.
• Able to follow directions, work independently, and contribute to a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Position: Full-time
