Overview

Models can recommend a portfolio that reads well and quietly breaks every rule that matters: concentrated bets dressed as diversification, a Sharpe ratio computed on overlapping exposures, position sizing that ignores liquidity and drawdown. Someone has to see the risk the model can't, and that someone is you.

As a Portfolio Manager you'll evaluate AI-built investment theses and allocations, check the risk and construction behind them, and write the judgments that teach models how capital is actually put to work.

What you’ll actually do

Evaluate AI investment theses on real names: the catalyst, the valuation, and whether the thesis has an edge or just a story.
Interrogate the construction : position sizing, correlation, liquidity, and the risk the model waves away.
Write the sharper call when the model falls short, with the conviction and risk framing a real book demands.

Buy-side experience: portfolio management, hedge fund, or asset-management research.
Fluency with portfolio construction, risk, and security analysis.
Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Compensation

Up to $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $100k–$200k a year; some make it their full-time income.
