Follows all state and city food safety regulations

Requirements

Follows all company recipes for all food items
Keeps work area clean and organized
Has a California food handlers card
Participates in teamwork throughout the entire restaurant
Is able to work in a high volume environment
Is able to lift up to 50 lbs
Is familiar with numerous pieces of kitchen equipment
Is able to multitask and work more than 2 recipes at one time
