📍 Orlando & Titusville, FL | Full-Time | $110,000 to $130,000 | Mission-Driven Nonprofit Clinic | Five 8-Hour Shifts

Job Overview

Chronic disease management, STI care, HIV prevention, and women’s health in one role, across two patient populations. You’ll care for adults 18 to 50 in downtown Orlando and mostly older adults in Titusville. A visiting HIV specialist covers HIV treatment, so you can focus on primary care, screening, PrEP, and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care and chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension) to adults in Orlando and Titusville
• Deliver STI testing and treatment and HIV prevention, including PrEP and PEP
• Provide women’s health care, including contraception and Pap tests
• See post-ER follow-ups, routine follow-ups, and physicals
• Coordinate with case managers, social workers, and the visiting HIV specialist

Qualifications

• Board-certified FNP with an active Florida APRN license
• At least 3 years of NP experience
• Experience in STI care or HIV prevention and care
• Women’s health experience, including contraception and Pap tests
• Based in or near Orlando or Kissimmee, able to commute to Orlando and Titusville, and able to work on site five days a week
• Comfortable with patients from young adults through older adults, and with evolving workflows
• Active DEA a plus (not required)

Schedule & Compensation

• $110,000 to $130,000 base, W-2 | Five 8-hour shifts | About 20 patients/shift
• About 13 days PTO, 8+ paid holidays, and a birthday off | Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match after a 6-month introductory period
