Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Lead incident response efforts to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability, monitoring, and resiliency into applications.
• Develop automation scripts and tools to reduce manual tasks and enhance system performance.
• Establish and maintain SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for cloud services.
• Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Mentor junior SRE engineers and promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in cloud service management and SRE methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
