Principal Deployment & Production Reliability Architect

Experience: 8-10 years

Onsite Positions: 1

Required Skills:

• Experience implementing DevSecOps controls within CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Harness CD and CI/CD pipeline development

• Strong Kubernetes administration, deployment and production cluster mgmt.

• Built deployment pipelines using Harness and Harness Continuous Verification (CV)

• Expertise in Canary, Blue-Green, Progressive Delivery, and Traffic Splitting strategies

Understanding of Argo Rollouts pipelines including:

• Rollouts, Analysis Templates & Runs, Experiments, Automated Promotion/Rollback, Deployment Health Validation

• Experience with Helm Charts, Deployments, Services, Ingress, and CronJobs

• Experience implementing automated rollback and deployment verification

• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization

• Experience with GitOps-based deployment processes

• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills

• Strong understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes security

• Experience with Secrets Management, RBAC, and Access Controls

• Knowledge of container security and vulnerability management

• Experience integrating security gates into deployment pipelines

• Experience with cloud networking, load balancing, and ingress

Preferred

• AWS/EKS platform experience

• Terraform Infrastructure as Code

• Service Mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd)

• Prometheus and Grafana integration with deployment validation

• AWS and EKS experience

• Compliance and security governance frameworks
