Job Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of automation by identifying and implementing processes to streamline workflows and eliminate redundancies.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and availability of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure best practices in source control, testing, and release management.
• Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering their professional growth and adherence to security practices.
• Maintain industry knowledge of the latest technologies, processes, and trends in DevOps and cloud computing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Experience with container orchestration systems like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and application performance monitoring.

Technologies & Tools
