Overview

The Principal DevOps Engineer at Blink Health will play a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining our operations and development processes. Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient deployment and integration practices.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and security of services.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to define and implement deployment strategies and best practices.
• Automate operational processes and improve system monitoring, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Establish and enforce DevOps best practices across the organization, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior DevOps engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Conduct capacity planning and disaster recovery exercises to ensure resilience and reliability of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps or related roles, with a proven track record in a leadership capacity.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Proficient in monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana) and log management solutions (ELK stack).
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams and foster effective communication across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to system architecture and design.

Technologies & Tools
