Job Overview

Anomali is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer/SRE to lead our efforts in enhancing and optimizing our infrastructure and application deployment processes. Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Monitor and manage the performance and reliability of production systems, ensuring high availability.
• Collaborate with software development teams to drive system architecture and design discussions.
• Automate system and infrastructure management tasks using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Maintain and improve system security posture through proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production failures and propose corrective actions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices within DevOps and SRE methodologies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce relevant innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar.
• Excellent scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
