Job Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance using tools such as Grafana, and respond proactively to production incidents.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to engineering team members.
• Act as a technical leader, providing mentorship and training to less experienced engineers.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, workflows, and software functionalities.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering and open-source solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, particularly with Java and C#.
• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices.
• Experience with observability tools, specifically Grafana or other similar platforms.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and performance optimization of distributed systems.
