Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring high-quality code and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Implement SRE best practices to ensure system reliability, availability, and maintainability.
• Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing system performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, promoting adherence to coding standards.
• Identify areas for improvement within the software development lifecycle and proactively propose solutions.
• Manage technical debt and ensure the resolvement path is defined for legacy system challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and C#.
• Strong understanding of SRE principles and practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana and other open-source software.
• Solid experience with system architecture and design patterns.
